Mountaineer Conservative Coalition

About Us

Mountaineer Conservative Coalition, Inc. is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization focused on supporting conservative policies in the Mountain State. MCC is committed to advancing policies that promote economic growth, job creation, family values, limited government and that support West Virginia as a leading energy producer.

Economic Growth & Job Creation

West Virginia prospers when businesses have the confidence to invest, expand, and hire. That means keeping the Mountain State free from burdensome regulations while also promoting policies that cultivate a well-trained workforce to meet the needs of a modern economy. Through such action, West Virginia can create an environment rich with opportunities for investment and long-term development.

Limited Government

Government overreach stifles individual liberty and creates dependency. We believe West Virginians thrive when government is small and least intrusive. Accordingly, our state government must treat taxpayer money with respect through lower taxes, lean budgets, cutting red tape, and reducing waste.

Energy Production

With coal as the backbone of West Virginia, we must have policies that value that tradition. By fighting excessive climate mandates and reducing barriers to production, West Virginia can meet growing energy needs, reinforce grid reliability, and ensure that the Mountain State remains an energy leader.

Family Values

Faith, family, and freedom run deep in West Virginia. Policies must champion the sanctity of human life and protect the rights of the unborn, the next generation of Mountaineers.
